What’s Cooking? is a series where local chefs and other food and beverage experts give demonstrations with generous samples.

Learn from Dakota Bread, a certified Kosher bakery, retail, and wholesale baking company owned by The Friendship Circle and dedicated to excellence in artisan principles. The presenter is Josh White, Dakota Bread's Wholesale and Production Manager.
