What we can assist with during a half-hour or hour tutoring session:
Basic questions about:
- iOS, Android, Windows, and Google devices
- the internet, social media, and common software or websites
- Microsoft Office and Google products
- cloud storage and file management
- scanning, copying, and printing
- library apps and databases
We can't assist with all types of questions or topics. For more information, please contact us.
Equipment
Upon approval of your tech tutoring appointment, report to the Main Library's Adult Information Desk. Your session will take place there or at a nearby library computer station. If you'd like assistance with a particular device, bring it with you to your session along with any passwords you'll need.
