What we can assist with during a half-hour or hour tutoring session:
Basic questions about:
- iOS, Android, Windows, and Google devices
- the internet, social media, and common software, websites, or apps
- Microsoft Office and Google products
- cloud storage and file management
- scanning, copying, printing, and faxing
- library apps and databases
We can't assist with all types of questions or topics. For more information, please contact us. When booking a session, please share what topic and device you'd like to work on so that we can best assist you.
Equipment
Upon approval of your tech tutoring appointment, go to the Main Library's Adult Information Desk. Your session will take at a nearby library computer station. If you'd like assistance with a particular device, bring it with you to your session along with any passwords you'll need.
